    Buna ziua,
    Acum 2 zile am fost operata de ruptura completa a tendonului ahilian stang. Operatia a constat intr-o incizie larga unica si sutura celor doua capete ale tendonului rupt. (Daca ajuta: Tenorafie Achileana stanga-Tehnica Krakov). A doua zi, ieri, am fost externata. Piciorul imi este imobilizat, in gips intr-o atela gambiero-podala in echin pe care urmeaza s-o inlocuiesc in 10 zile cu o imobilizare in cizma. Tratamentul include: pansamente locale zilnice alcoolizate, Clexane 0, 4 ml f XXI, DS s.c. 1f/zi si antialgic la nevoie. Ca si antialgic, am luat Ketonal Retard azi noapte cand mi s-a umflat si ma durea, simteam ca ma strange gipsul. Mi se recomanda evitarea efortului fizic, a circumstantelor traumatice. Intrebarea mea este: ce inseamna asta? Sa stau in pat mai tot timpul cu exceptia datilor cand merg la baie? E in regula daca stau pe scaun cu piciorul in gips sprijinit pe un alt scaun, la calculator de exemplu? Pot sa ma deplasez in carje prin casa pentru a efectua diferite activitati casnice, cum ar fi gatitul sau spalatul vaselo? Sau e mai buna o pozitie orizontala sau, in orice caz, la pat? care e riscul, daca nu stau in pat, miscandu-ma cat mai putin? Cat de repede se poate vorbi de o recuperare postoperatorie in acest caz, in general?
